    • Proactive management of the relationship with municipality to ensure Tenant Relocation Policy requirements are met.

    • Team of Tenant Relocation Coordinators dedicated to finding suitable permanent or temporary units for tenants based on tenant needs.

    • Moving support if desired by tenant - packing support and hiring movers.

    • Supporting and welcoming tenants who choose to return to the redeveloped building as they move into their new homes.
